王瑞松Wang Ruisong, the patriarch of the Wang family, was part of the security detail for 蔣介石Chiang Kai-Shek and his family.
One has to wonder how this soldier and police captain accumulated as much wealth as he did. There is no doubt 王瑞松Wang Ruisong was a participant in Taiwan’s White Terror. Taiwan’s White Terror was a time after the 228 Massacre where Taiwan was plagued with corruption, mass violence, and totalitarian rule. 王瑞松Wang Ruisong was definitely part of the corruption that terrorized the Taiwanese during that time.

A Family Born With Privilege and No Ethics
王瑞松Wang Ruisong’s proximity to 蔣介石Chiang Kai-Shek allowed him to provide a certain level of privilege Professor Ku’s family did not enjoy in the 1940’s. Professor Ku’s family came to Taiwan as refugees from China.
Chiang Kai-Shek was a Chinese Nationalist politician, revolutionary and military leader who served as the leader of the Republic of China from 1928 until 1949 in mainland China and then in Taiwan until he died in 1975. Wang Ruisong and his family came to Taiwan as part of Chiang Kai-Shek’s entourage in 1949 when Chiang Kai-Shek’s government and army retreated to Taiwan.
After the 228 Massacre, 王瑞松Wang Ruisong and his colleagues were the root of the corruption and financial theft that the Taiwanese people subsequently suffered. You must understand that Wang probably wasn’t very smart or talented, and stealing from others was probably the only way he could provide for his family. His wife, 黃曉雲Huang Xiaoyun, was quite fat and lazy as she didn’t work, and 王瑞松Wang Ruisong kept the stolen money coming.
However, the Wang family to this day will do anything to cover up the past and present criminal acts of their family members.
Even with a great head start financially and socially, Wang Ruisong’s family never really amounted to anything. Fei Fei Wang and her siblings didn’t attend or achieve great college degrees but instead attached themselves to a family that could get an education and prospers. That is what Fei Fei Wang saw in Professor Ku and his family. Professor Ku and his siblings all have advanced degrees, and they all thrived financially and academically in ways the Wang family could never achieve.

Howard Lee (李德浩) is Fei Fei Wang's nephew in Taiwan. Although he is an uneducated obtuse cab driver, Fei Fei Wang designated Howard as Professor Ku's healthcare proxy (代理人). He aids in the abuse and neglect that Professor Ku endures.

Wang You Fei (王又非) is Fei Fei Wang's younger sister. Wang You Fei plays a big part in Professor Ku's abuse as she has a financial interest in the few assets Professor Ku has in Taiwan. Cherrie Lin is Howard's wife chooses to attack Pei-Lan publicly for trying to protect her father.

Daughter of a Police Chief
王瑞松Wang Ruisong, Fei Fei Wang's father, became a police chief after leaving Chiang Kai-Shek's security detail. That makes Fei Fei Wang a more brazen criminal.
In a January 17, 2022 Line text message, Fei Fei Wang threatens Pei-Lan, demanding obedience. This is the notable translated quote from the text message - "Pei-Lan, don't forget, your mother is the daughter of the police chief. In Taiwan, you better obey the law."
Fei Fei Wang the Extortionist
This image is a snippet of an email Fei Fei Wang sent to Pei-Lan in December of 2020. Fei Fei Wang demands that Pei-Lan sign a loyalty pledge to Fei Fei and Captain Peihua Ku. Otherwise, Fei Fei Wang will abuse her power of guardianship to deny the renewal of Professor Ku's caregiver. She is demanding that Pei-Lan stop all litigation and keep quiet.
Yes, the abusive guardian and her accomplice, Captain Peihua Ku, are demanding loyalty at the expense of Professor Ku's health. This is part of the evidence for the extortion charges Fei Fei Wang will face in the United States.
We are not worried as the law has a provision for defense when you're telling the truth. Howard Lee and the Wang Family do not want the truth to come out, and they are weaponizing this part of the Taiwan law to intimidate and silence Pei-Lan.
There was a moment of levity during this police visit, though. Howard's response to Pei-Lan's Facebook post proved unreadable to the police and the translator. Did Howard go to college? Is Howard Lee from Taiwan? They asked Pei-Lan those questions. Yes, Howard's Chinese is that poor. Other native Chinese speakers don't even understand what he is writing.
王大江Wang Da Jiang - Another Wang Criminal
王大江Wang Da Jiang is Fei Fei Wang's older brother. He divorced his wife at a later age, and he has nothing. Wang Da Jian cheated on his wife, thus she got everything. This may be a trend with the Wang family. Fei Fei Wang is also currently unfaithful to Professor Ku. There is a page on this site with that story. Conveniently for Wang Da Jiang, Professor Ku has assets he could no longer personally enjoy. Wang Da Jian made his move.
If you read the elder abuse section of this site, you may remember that Fei Fei Wang petitioned the court to sell Professor Ku's condo on the premise that there wasn't enough money for his healthcare needs. Fortunately, the judge didn't agree after looking at the evidence. Wang Da Jiang filed that petition with Fei Fei Wang. He acted as her agent for the petition.
Did he have a financial interest in the sale of the condo? You better believe it!
Pei-Lan and I first traveled to Taiwan in 2013 to see her father, and that petition was still pending in the court at the time. Fei Fei Wang took us to meet Wang Da Jian and a realtor to look at another condo near Professor Ku's condo. Pei-Lan and I did not get involved, but the collective Wang plan was to sell Professor Ku's condo and buy a new condo in Wang Da Jian's name. We are infinitely thankful to the judge who derailed their plans. Again, the judge didn't know about their strategy for the money. We are just lucky the Wangs are dumb criminals.
Wang Da Jian does get to benefit a little bit from Professor Ku's assets to this day, though. Wang Da Jian rents out a parking spot owned by Professor Ku, and he has pocketed that money for a little over ten years now.
As part of the ongoing litigation, we did find out that Fei Fei Wang gave Wang Da Jian about $10k US dollars from Professor Ku's account when she got guardianship. Fei Fei Wang claimed it was for a car loan, but we never saw a car. Wang does have that old beat-up scooter, though. The money never made it back to Professor Ku.
This 20 year-old scooter does not look like a $10k car to me. 🤔
The dirty cop and HIS ACCOMPLICE

The Wang parents successfully create the image that they were decent people. Nothing could be further from the truth. 王瑞松Wang Ruisong was a corrupt cop who participated in Taiwan’s White Terror, and his wife, 黃曉雲Huang Xiaoyun, was a socialite who enjoyed the fruits of her husband's terror. Given the family’s insatiable greed, I wouldn’t be surprised if 黃曉雲Huang Xiaoyun provided support to her husband's illegal deeds. She does have a history of protecting her grandchildren from the violence they caused in their youth in Taiwan
王瑞松Wang Ruisong and 黃曉雲Huang Xiaoyun did succeed in producing a troop of criminals with no heart and talent.
Fei Fei Wang is the oldest Wang daughter of three daughters from her generation. Wang You Fei (王又非) is the second oldest daughter.
Pei-Lan Ku, Professor Ku's daughter who is fighting for his health, often took the time to learn about the family's history. Wang You Fei would often complain that Fei Fei Wang would always get away with everything growing up. I can understand that. The father was a military disciplinarian, but he was soft on his oldest daughter.
Fei Fei Wang was a manipulator at an early age. The father failed to discipline his daughters, who would ultimately become monsters. Fei Fei Wang used her skills for manipulation to create her gang to aid with the abuse of Professor Ku. This family history probably explains why the Wangs are so confident in their respective criminality. They were just never held accountable.
Beyond the people mentioned on this site, Fei Fei Wang recruited several people to aid and abet her abuse of Professor Ku. Unfortunately for them all, Fei Fei Wang threw them all under the bus in the Taiwan litigation, and she provided a wealth of evidence so we can take action against all of them in the United States.
The most tragic member in Fei Fei Wang's gang is probably Captain Peihua Ku. He was manipulated his whole life, and his mother incriminated him the most in the Taiwan court briefs. Captain Ku will have to defend himself to a New York City criminal prosecutor and the Navy's Inspector General.
Fei Fei Wang will be held accountable in the end.
