This is the original response Pei-Lan and Councilman Wang received from Li, Hong Ji (李鴻基) . Do you notice it has the same date as the honest document shown above--August 30, 2022.

Subject: Regarding your request to review Aiai Nursing Home Taipei’s care for your father, please review the update provided below. 

Detail: 

One. This matter was processed based on a complaint filed by Washington Group & Associates on August 19, ROC Year 111. 

Two. The department conducted a visit without notice in the morning of August 25, ROC Year 111. The department examined the care provided to the elder under care based on the elder’s physical health conditions and the signatory. The department finds the care provided to be appropriate, and that the nursing home is in active communication with the signatory as well as the signatory’s family members. Should you have any further questions or suggestions about the care for the elder, please discussion and communicate with both he signatory and the nursing home, in order to reach an agreement on the care given.

I didn't get the final report shown above until October 3, 2022. I find it very suspicious considering the above timeline that we received a report from the Department of Social Welfare with the date of August 30, 2022. Li's previous behavior to cover-up Aiai's incompetence and outright abuse could not be hidden now, and now I see that he is rather unintelligent when it comes to covering-up his own bad acts with this poor attempt at backdating reports.  

我一直到2022年10月3日才收到上方最新版公文，我看過以後覺得很有嫌疑，因為我們之前從台北市社會局收到的公文日期也是2022年8月30日。因此，李鴻基先前幫根本是在幫愛愛院掩飾無能及簡直虐待行為，再也清楚不過。而且他本人還笨到連發公文添加假日期這件事都沒有想好怎麼做才會不被發現。
