Aiai Nursing Home - Taiwan Elder Abuse
Aiai Nursing Home is an exceptionally abusive and incompetent facility. They openly disobey basic standards of care for their disabled patients. Their front-line employees and management are a sadistic, vile crew incapable of introspection or improvement. They are disgusting people with no conscience!
The acidity of the urine eventually burns the skin. Another clear example of elder abuse and negligence at Aiai Nursing Home.
Restrained like a Prisoner
UPDATE March 25, 2022
Pei-Lan tried to convince Aiai Nursing Home to take Professor Ku to his doctor appointments through the help of lawyers, Taipei's adult protective services, and pleas from sympathetic police officers. All of those attempts failed.
Aiai finally agreed to take Professor Ku to his dentist appointment at National Taiwan University ONLY after telling them that we would name the specific Aiai abusers on this website.
Patient care comes secondary to publicizing the truth about Aiai Nursing Home's reputation. This was also the first time Pei-Lan got to see her father after two months of isolation in Aiai.
Much to Pei-Lan's dissatisfaction, Aiai delivered Professor Ku fully strapped down to his wheelchair as if he was a criminal. We understand that there is the risk Professor Ku would pull out his feeding tube. The hospital and other nursing homes use mittens to prevent dementia patients from harming themselves.
Aiai Nursing Home again chooses to be cruel and sadistic. Professor Ku lost his ability to walk since his last Taipei nursing home tied him down to a chair 8+ hours per day. Aiai is now working to destroy Professor Ku's upper-body muscle mass by restricting the muscles he can control. Even prisoners get treated better than this.
This also led to an accident at the dentist's office. Since Professor Ku was restrained for presumably the last couple of months, he did not move when the restraints were taken off. Aiai did not communicate he could move, and when Professor Ku was alone in the x-ray room, he moved his upper body, and Professor Ku fell off the table. Fortunately, he was at a hospital, so he was quickly scanned and checked out, but again this falls back on Aiai running their institution like a CCP prison.
The dentist also confirmed that Professor Ku's teeth were not clean, and many food elements needed to be removed by the hygenist. Aiai is not cleaning his teeth properly, which would eventually lead to another pneumonia infection. Again, remember Aiai and Fei Fei Wang did not see any reason for Professor Ku to get preventative dental care.

UPDATE August 12, 2022
Even after Aiai reopened visitation for family members of residents in June, 何力行 (an Aiai social worker), tried to cancel Pei-Lan’s visit with her father. Aiai knew they needed to cover up their ongoing abuse of Professor Ku---an abuse that increased in severity from January 2022 to August 2022.
When Professor Ku returned to Aiai in January 2022, Professor Ku had a new feeding tube which was inserted during the hospital stay before his return. Pei-Lan had the feeding tube temporarily placed by the doctor in the hospital since she didn’t want her father to be force-fed anymore. The purpose was to prepare him for swallow therapy since he had to recover from years of force-feeding at Aiai by their evil staff.
Upon Professor Ku’s return to Aiai in January 2022, Pei-Lan told the staff her father needed swallow therapy, and they mocked and then ignored Pei-Lan.
Over the next few months, Aiai, in a coordinated effort with Wang Fei Fei, who was in the United States, and her uneducated cab driver concubine, Howard Lee (李德浩), purposely missed 3 doctor appointments Pei-Lan had set up for her father. Pei-Lan had her lawyer, the police, and Taipei’s adult protection services call Aiai several times over those months seeking help, and nobody could force Aiai to do the right thing. Aiai was given a pass for their abuse every time.
It was not until June 30, 2022, when Pei-Lan called the police to force Aiai to let her see her father that she discovered the horrifying latest aspect of her father’s abuse. Aiai said her father could not eat anymore and never got the swallow therapy at the direction of Wang Fei Fei and Howard Lee---the uneducated Wangs. Aiai Hospital, the medical institution with their license to care for people, was choosing the instructions of two uneducated Wangs from a corrupt family over what the medical science would tell you is right for the patient.
There is a big problem with this.
No doctor ever said Professor Ku couldn’t eat. The doctor who inserted the feeding tube into Professor Ku noted in his discharge papers that “the patient can eat with assistance.” The doctor is explicitly saying Professor Ku can eat.
Aiai chose to deny Professor Ku the pleasure of eating, and Aiai chose to deny Professor Ku any swallow therapy to punish the whistleblower and Professor Ku’s only blood relative in Taiwan, Pei-Lan Ku.
Aiai has no medical justification for denying Professor Ku swallow therapy. With the help of Wang Fei Fei and her stupid Howard Lee, Aiai Hospital is trying to cover up this willful negligence and deliberate abuse of Professor Ku.

Professor Ku is still fighting for himself, though. Here is a video from August 2022 where Pei-Lan gives her father some juice via a medical sponge. There is no doubt he can still eat. This is the first time this poor man has tasted anything in months.
The people that work at Aiai are filthy cockroaches that need to be exterminated.
No Oral Care - Taiwan Elder Abuse
August 2022 - Professor Ku's Tongue
Aiai Nursing Home Taipei has no regard for oral care, and residents at Aiai suffer from this bacterial tongue coating.
Tongue coating - food debris, desquamated epithelial cells and bacteria often form a visible yellow tongue coating. This coating has been identified as a major contributing factor in bad breath and oral infections which can be managed by brushing the tongue gently with a toothbrush or using special oral hygiene instruments such as tongue scrapers or mouth brushes.
Since Aiai let things get this bad due to their deliberate negligence, Professor Ku will need prolonged gentle corrective cleaning to rectify this. What is likely to happen is another pneumonia infection.
Neither Aiai nor the abusive guardian, Fei Fei Wang, care about this. They both deny Professor Ku needs to go to the dentist, and they deliberately skipped another appointment.
Meet 趙心梅 (Jhao, Sin-Mei)
趙心梅 (aka Jhao, Sin Mei & Chao, Shin-Mei) is the Nurse Manager at Aiai Nursing Home, and she is the sadist you see in the video above. Jhao and her colleagues thought it would be good to lock Pei-Lan and her father into the facility to coerce Pei-Lan to sign a legal document.

Major Operational Customer Complaint Mediation - I can confirm several families of Aiai residents despise Jhao. We know of another family who broke the contract with Aiai after only six months due to Jhao's behavior.
That video shows her customer complaint mediation skills. As you will read later below, Jhao and her colleagues filed a police report against Pei-Lan stating that Pei-Lan filmed the video secretly. As you'll see in the video, Jhao quite obnoxiously shows her ID to Pei-Lan's camera. Jhao is a liar and a bully. Jhao is not a mediator.

Talent development and cultivation - This is terrifying. She is an educator to younger professionals, creating a new generation of incompetent, sadistic, cruel, and heartless caretakers.
You'll notice that she lists responsibilities at Aiai, but she doesn't list accomplishments. As a hiring manager, that is a big red flag. There are no referenceable accomplishments for Jhao at Aiai. In less than a year, Jhao created an atmosphere of misery for both her employees and the residents of Aiai.
I would suggest that employers stay away from her, and families should stay away from any organization that puts this monster in a leadership position.

趙心梅 (Jhao, Sin-Mei) got a new job with Far EasTone. We are glad she can no longer abuse Professor Ku.
Jhao can now terrorize the staff and customers at Far EasTone.
It's funny how Jhao changed her title to just "consultant" at Aiai. She was so obnoxiously proud of being the toxic boss at this toxic organization. Many patients' families disliked her at Aiai.

Aiai Nursing Home Denies Preventative Care
Pei-Lan has to constantly engage the assistance of the police to attempt to make Aiai Nursing Home take Professor Ku to his medical appointments. Due to the constant neglect of his dental care at Aiai Nursing Home, Professor Ku needs to see a dental specialist at National Taiwan University Medical Center. The appointments are challenging to get there, and as it stands now, Aiai intends to ignore the appointment.
Instead, Aiai takes cover under the medical decision of uneducated cab driver Howard Lee. Yes, the same obtuse cab driver who stole Professor Ku's pandemic relief money. Howard Lee blamed the pandemic as the reason to deny Professor Ku the ongoing outside care that is necessary. Keep in mind Professor Ku already received his booster shot.
Taiwan's Covid-19 vaccination rates are also better than most of the world:
As of March 4, 2022, Taiwan’s vaccination rate is 82.2% of the total population received 1 dose, 76.4% of the total population received 2 doses, and 44.2% of the population is boosted.
The cruelty and incompetence know no limit with these criminals.
Coordinated Taiwan Elder Abuse
On March 28, 2022. Aiai Nursing Home cries to Fei Fei Wang instead of giving a family member, Pei-Lan Ku, proper updates about her father. Aiai Nursing text messaged Fei Fei Wang thinking she has the power to stop somebody else in the United States from posting up the truth on a public website. People in Taiwan don't understand freedom of speech, and Aiai Nursing Home will do anything to avoid doing their job.
Aiai thinks Fei Fei Wang's fraudulent abuse of her guardianship powers will stop someone in the United States from exposing their incompetence and sadism. WRONG!
Fei Fei Wang emailed a photo of the text message to Pei-Lan and a few members of the Wang Gang of Useful Idiots. Let's see them try to stop me in the United States.

謝蕙如 is Aiai's head social worker, and she is the leader of the abuse executed by her staff. 謝蕙如 wrote the text message above to Fei Fei Wang, and it's clear she is vital to Aiai's disgusting and heartless policies.
何力行
何力行 is a misogynist and a little man both physically and mentally. He is pretty condescending when talking to Pei-Lan, and he'll spend his time telling Pei-Lan about her place in the world while denying her any updates about Professor Ku. He is young, and he is learning this disgusting work style from 謝蕙如 and other Aiai leaders.
林菀青
林菀青 is another social worker under the heartless command of 謝蕙如. We don't know much about her, but 林菀青 gets copied on orders from 謝蕙如. She seems young, and I hope she finds a better job and role model. However, she will also face the consequences if she harms Professor Ku.
